End user training

Basic training for any salesperson, assistant, marketing person or care agent that will be required to work with the system. The training focuses on core principles, entities and functionalities of the application. One training unit consists of 7 hours (2x 3 ½ hour sessions). You can choose a remote (via Microsoft Teams) or on-site delivery. We recommend no more than 10 participants per training unit.
